Product Review | Organic Harvest Strawberry Lip Balm

organic harvest

Organic Harvest is a name that’s synonymous with the natural and organic products. I remember my first encounter with Organic Harvest when Fab Bag (earlier Vellvette bag) sent out their body washes. Though I was never a big fan of lavender scent, I simply loved their body wash for the way it made my skin feel. That said, I am using their Green Cucumber toner (let me tell you I strongly detest the scent of cucumber) occasionally and I kind of like it. So, I haven’t disliked any of the Organic Harvest products so far. And when I received this Organic Harvest Strawberry Lip Balm I sort of had pretty big hopes pinned.

Love –

  • Cute packaging
  • Faint strawberry scent
  • Natural and organic ingredients
  • Travel friendly (sort of)
  • Affordable
  • Moisturizes well

Do not Love –

  • Not very convenient to use
  • Not a highly moisturizing lip balm

This is the affordable version of the so much hyped EOS lip balm by our very own Indian brand. That said, luckily these lip balms are not as big as EOS ones which look so inconvenient to use. But at same time, the hygiene part is still debatable.  Unlike the lip balms and chap sticks that come in stick form, these balms tend to get exposed a lot more than required and have high chances of getting unclean soon. However, on the up side, these lip balms can moisturize the lips in one swift motion too.

If you are looking for lip balms that are heavy duty and/or high performance lip balms, then these are surely don’t fit the bill. However, these are awesome for the day wear and/or to prep the lips before using any lip color.

Overall, these cute little lip balms are sure catchy to the eye and with such a budget price it’s hard to resist these.

Other available variants – Shea, Green Apple, Pomegranate

So which one have you tried?

Much Love

This looks an amazing affordable dupe of EOS lip balms.

It doesn’t seem to be a good dupe though, EOS is good for heavily chapped lips too, from my experience 🙂

I agree! In terms on shape yes but formula wise it’s lighter which again suits the Indian climate perfectly.
